Fried Spinach Recipe
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can spinach, drained
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon bacon bits
step 1: Place spinach in a large skillet.
step 2: Whisk egg, milk and bacon bits together in a small bowl, then pour mixture into the skillet with spinach. Cook over a medium-low heat; stirring frequently until most of the moisture is absorbed into the spinach. Serve warm.
