Fruit and Nut Stuffing Recipe
- 1 (6 ounce) package cornbread stuffing
- 1 2/3 cups water
- 2 teaspoons HERB-OX® Chicken Flavored Bouillon Granules
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries and/or raisins
- 1/4 cup toasted, chopped pecans
step 1: In large saucepan, combine seasoning packet from stuffing mix, water, bouillon and butter. Bring mixture to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in stuffing and cranberries or raisins. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Add pecans and fluff stuffing with a fork.
