Fruited Yogurt Shake Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 3 cups cold fat free milk
<br>- 1 (1 ounce) package JELL-O Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling, any flavor
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) container plain lowfat yogurt
<br>- 1 cup crushed ice
<br>- 1 banana, cut in chunks

<br>step 1: Pour milk into blender container.  Add remaining ingredients; cover.  Blend on high speed 1 minute or until smooth.
<br>step 2: Serve at once or refrigerate and stir before serving.  (Mixture thickens as it stands.  Thin with additional milk, if desired.)
