Gardenia Pie Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- ¼ teaspoon salt
<br>- 2  eggs
<br>- 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
<br>- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
<br>- ½ cup chopped pecans
<br>- ½ cup golden raisins
<br>- ½ cup flaked coconut
<br>- 1 (9 inch) pie shell

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (175 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a large bowl, combine sugar, salt, eggs, vinegar and melted butter. Beat well. Fold in pecans, raisins and coconut.
<br>step 3: Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake on lower rack in oven at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Top should brown lightly.
