Garlic Cheese Logs Recipe
- 1 pound shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
step 1: In a medium bowl, mix the Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pecans, mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic. Form into 2 or 3 logs. Sprinkle each log with paprika. Chill the logs until firm, about 2 hours.
step 2: Slice each log into rounds as needed, and serve with crackers.
