Gingered Fruit Dip Recipe
- 2 cups LAND O LAKES ® Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons peach or apricot preserves
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped crystallized ginger
step 1: Stir together all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate to blend flavors (at least 1 hour). Serve with cut-up fresh or dried fruit. Store refrigerated.
