Glazed Pork Chop Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
<br>- 3 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
<br>- 4  pork chops
<br>- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and mustard. Mix together well.
<br>step 3: Butterfly the pork chops and arrange them in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread the mustard mixture over the chops, then sprinkle with the lemon juice. Place about 1/8 of an inch of water in the bottom of the baking dish.
<br>step 4: Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 20 minutes, or to desired doneness.
