Gooseberry Pie II Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- 1 cup fresh gooseberries
<br>- 1 cup sour cream
<br>- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 pinch salt

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a medium bowl, combine sugar, flour and salt. Stir in gooseberries and sour cream. Stir well.
<br>step 3: Pour mixture into pie shell and then cover with second pie shell. Cut slits in top crust to allow for ventilation. Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
