Grilled Chicken Pasta Salad Recipe
- 8 ounces dry fusilli pasta
- 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup McCormick® Flavor Medleys Lemon Pepper Saucy Seasoning Blend
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichokes, drained and chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
step 1: Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
step 2: Broil or grill chicken 5 minutes per side. Brush chicken with 1/4 cup Flavor Medleys. Cook chicken 2 minutes longer or until done. Cut chicken into strips.
step 3: Toss with pasta, remaining Flavor Medleys, artichokes, and green onion. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
