Half-Cup Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 cups whole wheat flour
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking powder
<br>- ¾ teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- 2  eggs
<br>- ¼ cup milk
<br>- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- ½ cup peanut butter
<br>- ½ cup honey
<br>- ½ cup granola
<br>- ½ cup packed brown sugar
<br>- ½ cup butter, softened
<br>- ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
<br>- ½ cup chopped walnuts
<br>- ½ cup flaked coconut
<br>- ½ cup raisins

<br>step 1: Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; set aside.
<br>step 2: In large bowl, beat eggs, milk, and vanilla.  Beat in peanut butter, honey, brown sugar, and butter until creamy.
<br>step 3: Stir in flour mixture until well blended.  Stir in chocolate chips, nuts, coconut, raisins, and granola until blended.
<br>step 4: Drop batter by heaping spoonful 1 inch apart on lightly greased baking sheets.  Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 10 minutes until golden on bottom.  Cool on rack.
