Harvest Pumpkin Tarts Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
<br>- 1 1/4 cups canned pumpkin puree
<br>- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
<br>- 1 egg
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
<br>- 24 (3 inch) unbaked tart shells

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
<br>step 2: Whisk together EAGLE BRAND(R), pumpkin, brown sugar, egg, cinnamon and nutmeg in medium bowl until smooth.  Pour evenly into tart shells.
<br>step 3: Bake for 18 minutes or until center is just set and pastry is golden.
<br>step 4: Cool and garnish as desired. Stored leftovers covered in refrigerator.
