Hawaiian Nut Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 eggs
<br>- 1/2 cup butter, softened
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- 2 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking soda
<br>- 1/8 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
<br>- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
<br>step 2: In a large bowl, cream together eggs, butter and sugar. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. Stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Fold in the pineapple and nuts. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
<br>step 3: Bake in preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
