Haystack Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup frozen whipped topping
Directions
step 1: Prepare pudding as per package directions; stir in coconut accordingly. Put 1/2 of this mixture into prepared pie crust.
step 2: Spread banana on top of pudding layer and then cover with remaining 1/2 of the pudding mixture.
step 3: Cover and refrigerate to chill for 1 hour; top with whipped topping and serve.
