- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 2 cups flaked coconut
- ½ cup white sugar
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup finely chopped almonds
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
step 2: Melt chocolate in double boiler, in a saucepan over low heat, or in the microwave stirring occasionally until smooth.
step 3: In a large bowl, combine coconut, sugar, flour, eggs, almonds and vanilla. Stir well. Fold in melted chocolate. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto baking sheets.
step 4: Bake in preheated oven 25 minutes, until set.
