Health Balls I Recipe
Ingredients
- ¾ cup natural peanut butter
- ¾ cup honey
- ½ cup granola
- ½ cup crisp rice cereal
- ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup shredded coconut
Directions
step 1: Heat honey and peanut butter together over low heat until creamy. Remove from heat and cool.
step 2: Mix the rest of the ingredients into the honey/peanut butter mixture, except coconut. Shape into balls. Roll in coconut and refrigerate or eat right away.
