Healthy and Delicious Cherry Pie Recipe
- ¼ cup margarine
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons water
- ½ cup white sugar
- 2 cups fresh cherries, pitted
step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
step 2: In a medium bowl, cream together margarine, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in oats, flour and water. Then press mixture into 9 inch pie pan. In a medium bowl, stir together the cherries and sugar. Pour into the crust.
step 3: Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
