Saganaki Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 8 ounces feta cheese
<br>- 1 egg, beaten
<br>- 1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano
<br>- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour for coating
<br>- 2 tablespoons olive oil
<br>- 1 medium tomato, thickly sliced
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
<br>- 1 lemon, cut into wedges

<br>step 1: Cut feta into 8 slices. In a small bowl, mix together egg and oregano. Dip feta slices in egg, shake off excess, and coat with flour.
<br>step 2: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry cheese until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Arrange on a plate with tomato slices, and sprinkle with pepper. Serve with lemon wedges.
