Holiday Candy Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 1/3 cups firmly packed brown sugar
<br>- 2/3 cup LAND O LAKESĀ® Butter, softened*
<br>- 1/3 cup peanut butter
<br>- 2 eggs
<br>- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
<br>- 1 cup all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking powder
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
<br>- 2 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
<br>- 1 (10 ounce) package red and green chocolate candy-coated pieces
<br>- 1 cup white baking chips
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Heat oven to 350 degrees F.  Combine sugar, butter and peanut butter in large bowl.  Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).  Add eggs and vanilla; beat until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).  Reduce speed to low; add flour, baking powder and baking soda.  Beat until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).  Stir in oats, candy pieces and chips by hand.
<br>step 2: Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls into paper-lined mini muffin pans.  Bake for 15 to 17 minutes or until set and light golden brown.  Let stand 2 minutes; remove from pans.
