Holiday Leftovers Wrap Recipe
- 8 Gorton's® Fish Sticks or Extra Crunchy Tenders
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup leftover stuffing
- 2 Flatbread for wrap
step 1: Cook 8 Fish Sticks or 8 Tenders according to directions.
step 2: Puree cranberry sauce with mayonnaise in blender.
step 3: Place 4 Sticks or 4 Tenders on wrap.
step 4: Spoon 1/4 cup stuffing on fish.
step 5: Spread desired amount of cranberry-mayo mixture on top.
step 6: Roll up and serve.
