Honey Cranberry Oat Bread Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking powder
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking soda
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- 1 cup quick cooking oats
<br>- 3/4 cup honey
<br>- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
<br>- 2 eggs
<br>- 1/2 cup milk
<br>- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
<br>- 1 cup chopped walnuts

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).  Grease two 8x4 inch loaf pans.
<br>step 2: In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and oats.
<br>step 3: In a large bowl, mix together honey, vegetable oil, eggs, and milk.  Mix in flour mixture until just  moistened.  Stir in cranberries and walnuts.  Divide batter into prepared pans equally.
<br>step 4: Cook for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a tester inserted in the center of the loaves comes out clean.
