Instant Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 3 cups quick cooking oats
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 1 pinch salt
<br>- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
<br>- 2 cups white sugar
<br>- ½ cup evaporated milk
<br>- ½ cup butter
<br>- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

<br>step 1: In large bowl combine oats, vanilla and salt.  Stir in pecans.
<br>step 2: In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and cocoa. Bring to a boil.  Remove from heat, stir in oats mixture.
<br>step 3: Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.  Let cool.
