Instant Potato Casserole Recipe
- 3 1/2 cups instant mashed potato flakes
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 (3 ounce) can bacon bits
- 1 pound mild Cheddar cheese
step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
step 2: Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
step 3: Add sour cream and bacon bits; mix well.
step 4: Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with cheese; bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
