Irish Cream Macadamia Nut Pie Recipe
- 5 eggs
- 1 ¼ cups white sugar
- ½ tablespoon salt
- ¾ cup butter
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- ¾ cup Irish cream liqueur
- 1 ⅓ cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups macadamia nuts
- 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie
step 1: Cream together eggs, salt, sugar, and butter or margarine. Blend in corn syrup and liqueur. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour filling into pie shell.
step 2: Bake in a preheated 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until browned. Cool.
