Irish Cream Macadamia Nut Pie Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 5  eggs
<br>- 1 ¼ cups white sugar
<br>- ½ tablespoon salt
<br>- ¾ cup butter
<br>- 1 cup light corn syrup
<br>- ¾ cup Irish cream liqueur
<br>- 1 ⅓ cups semisweet chocolate chips
<br>- 2 cups macadamia nuts
<br>- 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch single crust pie

<br>step 1: Cream together eggs, salt, sugar, and butter or margarine.  Blend in corn syrup and liqueur.  Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.  Pour filling into pie shell.
<br>step 2: Bake in a preheated 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until browned.  Cool.
