Jan's Fresh Blueberry Pie Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
<br>- 1 cup water
<br>- 4 tablespoons lemon flavored Jell-O® mix
<br>- 4 cups fresh blueberries
<br>- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

<br>step 1: In a medium saucepan, mix together the sugar and cornstarch. Pour in water and bring to a full boil. Turn off heat and add in gelatin; stir until completely dissolved. Let cool.
<br>step 2: When mixture is cooled fold in blueberries. Gently pour into the graham cracker crust. Cover and refrigerate for about an hour or until ready to serve.
