Jim's Pork Chorizo Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 pounds ground pork
<br>- 2 teaspoons salt
<br>- 4 tablespoons chili powder
<br>- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
<br>- 2 tablespoons paprika
<br>- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
<br>- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
<br>- 3 ½ tablespoons cider vinegar

<br>step 1: Mix ground pork, salt, chili powder, ground cloves, paprika, garlic, oregano and vinegar together thoroughly.  Store in air-tight container in refrigerator for 4 days before using, to let spices blend together.
