John's Broccoli and Ziti Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) package ziti pasta
<br>- ½ cup olive oil
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) package chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
<br>- 6 cloves garlic, minced
<br>- 2 (8 ounce) packages shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
<br>- salt and pepper to taste

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
<br>step 2: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute broccoli and garlic until tender. In a large bowl, toss together broccoli, cooked pasta, and 1 1/2 packages of shredded mozzarella. Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
<br>step 3: Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
