Key Lime Pie with Real Butter Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 cups vanilla wafers
<br>- 1 cup slivered almonds
<br>- 1/3 cup real butter, melted
<br>- 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
<br>- 1/4 cup real butter, softened
<br>- 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
<br>- 1/3 cup lime juice
<br>- clear plastic wrap
<br>- Garnishes:
<br>- lime wedges
<br>- lime curls
<br>- thawed whipped topping
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: In food processor bowl, add vanilla wafers and process until ground. Add almonds; process coarsely ground. Transfer to a large bowl; add 1/3 cup melted butter and stir well. Press crumb mixture on bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned; cool.
<br>step 2: In clean food processor bowl, add cream cheese and remaining 1/4 cup butter. Cover and process until fluffy, scraping sides of bowl as necessary. Add sweetened condensed milk and lime juice; cover and process until blended, scraping bowl as necessary.
<br>step 3: Pour mixture into pie plate; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Garnish if desired.
