Kim's Summer Corn Salad Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
<br>- 1 (15.25 ounce) can white corn, drained
<br>- 2 tomatoes, chopped
<br>- 1/2 (15 ounce) can sweet peas, drained
<br>- 1 cucumber, diced
<br>- 1 purple onion, diced
<br>- 3 tablespoons pimentos
<br>- 1 cup mayonnaise
<br>- salt and pepper to taste

<br>step 1: In a large bowl, mix the corn, white corn, tomatoes, sweet peas, cucumber, onion, and pimentos. Fold in the mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Cover, and chill at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
