Kourabiedes II Recipe
- 2 cups unsalted butter
- ⅓ cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 6 cups all-purpose flour
step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
step 2: Cream together butter, powdered sugar and almond extract. Add flour in steps (not all at one time).
step 3: Knead with hands, shape into crescents. Bake for 20 minutes or until light brown. While warm, roll in confectioner's sugar.
