Lady Lock Filling I Recipe

Ingredients

<br>- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 cup shortening
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

<br>step 1: In a saucepan combine the milk and flour, stir until blended. Cook over low heat until thick. Let cool.
<br>step 2: Beat the sugar and the shortening until no sugar crystals remain. Add the cooled milk mixture, slowly beating until fluffy. Add vanilla extract to taste.
