Lamb Ribs with Honey and Wine Recipe

Ingredients

<br>- 1 cup dry white wine
<br>- 1/4 cup soy sauce
<br>- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
<br>- 1 tablespoon honey

<br>- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
<br>- 1 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

<br>step 1: Place lamb in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
<br>step 2: Combine onions, white wine, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, olive oil, garlic, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well and pour mixture all over lamb. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
<br>step 3: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
