Lemon-Pepper Salmon II Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 4 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
<br>- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
<br>- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
<br>- lemon pepper to taste

<br>step 1: Preheat the oven broiler. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
<br>step 2: Place salmon on the baking sheet. Mix the melted butter and soy sauce in a small bowl, and brush over the salmon. Sprinkle salmon with lemon pepper.
