Lemon Broccoli Fish Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 pound sole fillets
<br>- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
<br>- ground black pepper
<br>- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli spears, thawed
<br>- 1/4 pound (4 oz.) VELVEETA LIGHT Pasteurized Process Cheese Product, cut up
<br>- 1/4 cup skim milk
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
<br>- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Sprinkle each fillet with juice and pepper.  Arrange broccoli spears on narrow end of each fish fillet; roll up.  Secure with toothpicks.  Place, seam-side down, in 10x6-inch microwavable baking dish; cover.
<br>step 2: Microwave on HIGH 5 to 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
<br>step 3: Microwave remaining ingredients in small microwavable bowl 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is smooth, stirring after each minute.  Remove toothpicks before serving.  Serve with sauce.
