Lemon Honey Butter Tarts Recipe
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- 18 (2 inch) unbaked tart shells
step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
step 2: Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in brown sugar, honey, lemon juice, lemon zest, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Blend in melted butter. Fill tart shells halfway.
step 3: Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown, and filling is set.
