Lemon Pineapple Pie Recipe
- 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
- ½ cup sour cream
step 1: In a medium bowl, combine pineapple with juice, pudding mix, and sour cream. Mix well and spoon into graham cracker crust. Chill before serving.
