Lobster Masher Potatoes Recipe
- 1/2 cup (or more) whole milk
- 3 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 teaspoon Savory Market™ Lobster Flavor
- 1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
step 1: Boil potatoes until they are tender, about 20 minutes. Drain potatoes; return to pan and mash. Add butter, tarragon and Savory Market Lobster Flavor to mashed potatoes and stir until butter melts. Season potatoes to taste with salt and pepper.
