London Broil with Mouth of Fire Rub Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
<br>- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
<br>- 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
<br>- 1 tablespoon paprika
<br>- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
<br>- 2 bay leaves, finely crumbled
<br>- 3 pounds London broil
<br>- PAM® for Grilling

<br>step 1: Combine parsley, garlic, peppers, paprika, mustard, and bay leaves.
<br>step 2: Spray both sides of meat with cooking spray for a total of 4 seconds. Rub both sides of meat with spice mixture; let stand for 30 minutes.
<br>step 3: Spray cold grill and utensils well with cooking spray. Position grill 3 to 4 inches from heat. Heat grill according to manufacturer's suggestion.
