M-M-M-M-M-M Mumbles Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 ½ cups raisins
<br>- ½ cup white sugar
<br>- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
<br>- ¾ cup water
<br>- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
<br>- 1 cup packed brown sugar
<br>- ¾ cup butter
<br>- ½ teaspoon salt
<br>- ½ teaspoon baking soda
<br>- 1 ¾ cups sifted all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 ½ cups rolled oats

<br>step 1: To Make Filling:  Cook over low heat the raisins, sugar, cornstarch, water and lemon juice.  Stir until thickened, about 5 minutes.  Cool.
<br>step 2: Mix butter with sugar, add salt, baking soda, and flour,  then oats.
