Macaroons Con Peanut Butter Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup white sugar
- .563 cup light corn syrup
- 1 ¼ cups peanut butter
- 2 ⅓ cups cornflakes cereal
- ¼ cup sesame seeds (optional)
Directions
step 1: In a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the sugar and corn syrup to a boil, and let cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Mix in the cornflakes and if desired, sesame seeds. Drop spoonfuls onto waxed paper and let cool until set.
