Mandarin Orange Cheesecake Pie Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
<br>- 1/2 cup sugar
<br>- 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, pulp free
<br>- 2 eggs
<br>- 1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
<br>- 1 (6 ounce) READY CRUST® Shortbread Pie Crust

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix cream cheese, sugar and orange juice concentrate on medium speed until fluffy.
<br>step 2: Add eggs, one at a time, and mix until blended; fold in mandarin oranges.
<br>step 3: Pour into crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until center is just set. Cool and refrigerate 3 hours.
