Manicotti II Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 pound ground sausage
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
<br>- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
<br>- 12 manicotti shells
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
<br>step 2: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add manicotti shells and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
<br>step 3: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage; drain and keep hot.  In a large bowl combine cream cheese, 1 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese and sausage.
<br>step 4: Stuff noodles with cheese and sausage mixture; place in baking dish. Pour sauce over top of noodles and sprinkle with extra cheese.  Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
