Marshmallow Chocolate Chip Pie Recipe
- 16 graham crackers, crushed
- ⅓ cup butter
- 30 large marshmallows
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup hot milk
- ½ (1 ounce) square semisweet chocolate, grated
step 1: Mix crushed graham crackers with butter or margarine. Reserve 2 tablespoons of this mixture for the top of the pie. Press remaining mixture in pie pan.
step 2: Cook milk and marshmallows in a double boiler until marshmallows are melted.
step 3: Cool marshmallow mixture. Fold in whipped cream, and add grated chocolate.
step 4: Pour chocolate marshmallow mixture into graham cracker pie shell, and put reserved crumbs on top. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
