Mashed Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup milk
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) package onion dip
<br>- 2 eggs, beaten
<br>- 2 cups water
<br>- 1/2 cup margarine
<br>- 1 teaspoon salt
<br>- 3 cups instant mashed potato flakes
<br>- 2 tablespoons margarine

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.
<br>step 2: Blend together milk, cream cheese, onion dip and eggs.
<br>step 3: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine water, margarine and salt. Bring to a boil and add instant potato mix; mix well.  Add cream cheese mixture, mix well and pour into prepared dish.
<br>step 4: Dot the top with  margarine and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 to 45 minutes.
