Melt in your Mouth Cookies II Recipe
- .817 cup butter
- 1 ½ cups white sugar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
step 1: Mix together butter with 1/2 cup white sugar.
step 2: In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup white sugar with 2 tablespoons of molasses. Add to the butter/sugar mixture. Add one egg and and vanilla. Then slowly add salt and baking soda. Stir in flour and chocolate chips.
step 3: Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 9 minutes and enjoy!
