Mexican-Style Tomato Bean Soup Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 3 cups tomato juice
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) can ORTEGA® Refried Beans
<br>- 1 (16 ounce) jar ORTEGA® Salsa Prima™ - Homestyle Mild
<br>- 1 cup water
<br>- 1 (1.25 ounce) package ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning mix
<br>- 2 cups SARGENTO® 4 Cheese Mexican Blend, divided

<br>step 1: COMBINE juice, beans, salsa, water and seasoning mix in large saucepan.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes.  Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup cheese.  Top with remaining cheese and garnish as desired.
