Michigan Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- ½ cup diced celery
- ¼ cup diced onion
- ¼ cup chopped dried cherries
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon poultry seasoning
- ground black pepper to taste
Directions
step 1: Combine the chicken, celery, onion, and cherries in a bowl. Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, and poultry seasoning in a separate bowl; pour over the chicken mixture and toss to combine. Season with pepper. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
