Millet Delight Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup uncooked millet
<br>- 1/2 cup soy milk powder
<br>- 5 1/2 cups hot water
<br>- 2/3 cup chopped dates
<br>- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
<br>step 2: Combine millet, soy milk powder, hot water, chopped dates, coconut, and vanilla in a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
<br>step 3: Bake casserole in preheated oven for 30 minutes, then remove and stir. Return casserole to oven and bake an additional 30 minutes. Serve hot.
