Mock Sour Cream I Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
<br>- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
<br>- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
<br>- 1 packet artificial sweetener

<br>step 1: Using a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, yogurt, lemon juice and artificial sweetener until smooth. Can be kept in refrigerator for up to one week.
