Oatmeal Craisin Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1 cup butter, softened
<br>- 1 cup packed brown sugar
<br>- 1 cup white sugar
<br>- 2  eggs
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 2 cups quick cooking oats
<br>- 2 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking soda
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking powder
<br>- 1 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 cup raisins
<br>- 1 cup dried cranberries
<br><p></p>Directions
<br>step 1: Beat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla for 5 minutes.  In another bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add to butter mixture 1 cup at a time.
<br>step 2: Mix in raisins and craisins.
<br>step 3: Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake for 12-14 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). These freeze very well.  Enjoy!!
