Oatmeal Maple Syrup Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1/2 cup butter, softened
<br>- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
<br>- 1/2 cup real maple syrup
<br>- 1 egg
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 1/2 cup half-and-half
<br>- 1 cup all-purpose flour
<br>- 1 cup quick cooking oats
<br>- 2 teaspoons baking powder
<br>- 1 teaspoon baking soda
<br>- 1 teaspoon salt
<br>- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
<br>step 2: In a large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Beat in maple syrup, egg, cream and vanilla.
<br>step 3: In a separate bowl, stir together flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir flour mixture into egg mixture just long enough to incorporate. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
